This gourmet cruise, offered from September 28, 2024 to March 31, 2025, allows guests to enjoy a refined afternoon aboard the Star Ferry ship World Star, while taking in the splendid views of Victoria Harbour.
Designed by new Chef de Cuisine Kay Ng and Pastry Chef Wilson Lai, the menu offers a range of savory bites such as abalone tart and assorted sandwiches. Sweet creations include strawberry mousse with hibiscus jelly and Peninsula's signature raisin scones with cream and jam. The tea-time also features a selection of Peninsula teas and premium beverages.
For an unforgettable moment, passengers can immortalize their cruise with an exclusive AR filter and share their experience on social networks. Cruises are available on Saturdays and some Sundays, at HK$820 per person, with online booking possible for tables of 2 or 4.
