The Hôtel Martinez unveils its festive creations. Inspired by an original idea from Chef Jean Imbert, a lifelong cinema enthusiast, and in collaboration with Pastry Chef Fabrice Fernandes, the new "Martinez Production" Yule Log is presented in the shape of a film reel. This creation is a tribute to the Cannes Film Festival and the reopening of the Michelin-starred restaurant, "La Palme d’Or", last May. To keep the magic alive, the Signature Yule Log is delivered free of charge in Cannes and the surrounding areas, with the electric 'Martinez' Méhari serving as Santa's sleigh. Our chefs have also created a King's Cake in the shape of a traditional crown. It is made with delicious puffed pastry and filled with caramelized hazelnut frangipane. The chefs added a touch of originality and lightness with candied lemon zest. To add a touch of fun to the festivities, Hôtel Martinez invites food lovers to participate in a contest.
