Hotel Don Ferrante is a charming five stars hotel built right into Monopoli’s ancient seafront ramparts, is a labyrinthine hideaway: an elegant tangle of narrow staircases, pretty patios and vaulted limestone ceilings. The hotel is set on the sea walls next to the 16th century castle of Charles V in the heart of the city’s historical centre.
